Financial Assistance Program Overview

We believe a business can generate revenue, grow, and innovate while still making intentional space for people who need support. Our Financial Assistance Programs reflect our commitment to ensuring that legacy, dignity, and personal history are accessible to everyone — not just those with financial means.

Through small voluntary donations, we extend the MyLLT experience to individuals facing hardship and to seniors on fixed incomes, reinforcing our belief that every life story deserves to be preserved.

These contributions are NOT tax‑deductible and will be used on-going at the discretion of MyLLT, LLC to support eligible applicants through our Financial Assistance Programs. Our focus is on small donations from individuals who believe in our mission and want to help us make MyLLT subscription accessible to more people.

With a MyLLT subscription, individuals can preserve their most valued experiences, memories, wisdom, and personal history, passing them along for generations. Financial Assistance Program Details

MyLLT will offer two forms of financial assistance, funded solely through available donated funds:

1. Senior Access Program (Age 65+)

Supports seniors on fixed incomes and/or experiencing financial hardship. Seniors do not need to be existing subscribers to apply.
Approved seniors may receive open‑ended subscription support, subject to annual review to determine whether continued assistance is needed.

2. Temporary Assistance for Existing Subscribers

Provides up to 12 months of subscription support for MyLLT subscribers experiencing temporary financial hardship.
Applicants must show that their financial constraint is short‑term and that they are actively exploring other options, such as: support from a friend or family member; transitioning an existing paid product or service to a MyLLT Trusted Partner whose product or service includes a MyLLT subscription

Are donations tax‑deductible?

No. MyLLT, LLC is a for‑profit company, and donations made to us are not tax‑deductible.

How will my donation be used?

Donations will be used exclusively to support MyLLT’s Financial Assistance Programs, helping individuals who cannot afford their subscription due to hardship or fixed income. We are running the campaign now so that we have the funds available when we launch in July 2026. At this stage seniors age 65+ who need the subscription, but are on a fixed income will be our first priority.

Why does a for‑profit company accept donations?

Our mission is rooted in accessibility and legacy preservation. Donations allow us to extend MyLLT to individuals who would otherwise be unable to get or keep a subscription, while still operating as a sustainable business. Like most start-up companies, we expect it to take time to become profitable and to build our Trusted Partner base. Investment in the security of the product and marketing are our top priorities for operational expense. Without your donations, we would not be able to include the financial hardship provision.

Is there a minimum or maximum donation amount?

Yes. To comfortably operate within legal parameters, we are accepting donations between $1.00 and $249.00.

Can I choose who receives my donation?

No. Donations support the general assistance fund. MyLLT determines awards based on eligibility, need, and available funding.

How are applicants evaluated?

Applicants may be asked to complete a questionnaire to help us understand their circumstances and explore all available options, including discounts or transitioning to a Trusted Partner product.

Is assistance guaranteed?

No. All approvals are discretionary and depend entirely on the validity of the need and availability of donated funds.

Can I donate anonymously?

Yes. Donors may choose to remain anonymous, however it will be important that you explicitly inform us of your wish, as we do intend to display a scrolling list of donor names (without amounts) on this website. You may also ask us to use a pseudo name. Generally, donor names will remain scrolling for 30 days.

Can businesses donate?

Yes, as long as the donation falls within the $1–$249 range.
