
These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MyLLTsubscription digital vault platform, including all websites, mobile applications, and services provided by MyLLT, LLC ("MyLLT," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing the vault, downloading the mobile app, or using any MyLLT service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.
MyLLT, LLC owns and operates the Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) platform MyLLTsubscription.com. The platform provides a secure digital vault for organizing essential life information, preserving personal legacy, and documenting end‑of‑life instructions.
MyLife, MyLegacy, MyTransition (collectively, "MyLLTsubscription") is a subscription‑based digital vault that allows Account Owners to:
The Services include the website, mobile applications, and all tools, resources, and features made available through the platform.
By clicking Access Vault, completing the sign‑up process, browsing the website, or using the mobile app, you represent that:
If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.
The Account Owner is the subscriber and is responsible for:
Account Owners may not:
Trusted User access can be removed immediately by deleting the assigned PIN Code.
Trusted Users are individuals designated by the Account Owner. Their responsibilities include:
Trusted Users:
A Trusted User‑Beneficiary may assume full access and billing responsibility upon the Account Owner’s death. If multiple beneficiaries are named, MyLLT will follow:
If no beneficiary is designated, MyLLT will seek direction from the Executor of the Estate.
State or federal law supersedes these procedures where applicable.
Your vault is a private, isolated environment designed for security and confidentiality.
MyLLT staff will neveraccess or view vault contents. Any suspected violation must be reported immediately.

MyLLT enforces a strict No AI Access policy:
AI may be used only for limited, non‑identifiable purposes such as:
MyLLT offers two financial assistance programs:
A questionnaire may be required to explore options, including a special discount, or changing an existing paid product or service to a MyLLT Trusted Partner who embeds the subscription in their product or service.
Approval is discretionary and subject to available funding through donations.
MyLLT maintains a strict No‑Refunds policy.
10.1 Monthly Subscription Fees
All subscription payments are non‑refundable, including:
No refunds or credits are issued for partial months or unused time.
10.2 App Store Purchases
Purchases made through third‑party app stores are non‑refundable and governed by the store’s policies.
11.1 Payment Methods
Account Owners may store up to two payment methods. The primary method is charged first; if it fails, the secondary method is charged.
11.2 Payment Failure Notifications
If both methods fail, MyLLT will send:
Trusted Users do not receive billing notifications.
11.3 Non‑Payment
Deleted data cannot be recovered.
11.4 Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel anytime via Account Management or by contacting MyLLT. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

MyLLT aligns its data practices with applicable privacy laws, including:
13.1 Customer Data Ownership
All vault data remains the property of the Account Owner.
13.2 Limited License to Process Data
You grant MyLLT a limited license to process your data solely to deliver and secure the service.
13.3 Prohibition on Automated Data Use
Customer data may not be used for AI training, profiling, or unauthorized analytics.
13.4 Third‑Party Restrictions
Subprocessors are prohibited from accessing vault data for AI or machine learning purposes.
13.5 Data Security Disclaimer
While MyLLT uses industry‑standard safeguards, no system is 100% secure.
13.6 Limitation of Liability
MyLLT is not liable for:

You agree to indemnify MyLLT against claims arising from misuse of the service or violation of laws.
13.8 Policy Updates
MyLLT may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.
13.9 Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.
MyLLT is not a law firm and does not provide legal or estate planning advice. No attorney‑client relationship is created through use of the Services.
