Terms of Service Policy

MyLLTsubscription — Terms of Services | Effective: April 12, 2026

These Terms of Service (the "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the MyLLTsubscription digital vault platform, including all websites, mobile applications, and services provided by MyLLT, LLC ("MyLLT," "we," "our," or "us"). By creating an account, accessing the vault, downloading the mobile app, or using any MyLLT service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement.

1. Company Overview

MyLLT, LLC owns and operates the Software‑as‑a‑Service (SaaS) platform MyLLTsubscription.com. The platform provides a secure digital vault for organizing essential life information, preserving personal legacy, and documenting end‑of‑life instructions.   

2. Description of Services

MyLife, MyLegacy, MyTransition (collectively, "MyLLTsubscription") is a subscription‑based digital vault that allows Account Owners to:


  • Store personal, legal, financial, and legacy information
  • Upload documents, media, and written statements
  • Designate Trusted Users with controlled access
  • Manage end‑of‑life instructions and legacy materials


The Services include the website, mobile applications, and all tools, resources, and features made available through the platform.

3. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking Access Vault, completing the sign‑up process, browsing the website, or using the mobile app, you represent that:


  • You have read and agree to this Agreement
  • You are of legal age to form a binding contract


If you do not agree, you may not access or use the Services.

4. Account Owner Responsibilities

 The Account Owner is the subscriber and is responsible for:

  • Loading, updating, and deleting vault content
  • Adding and removing Trusted Users
  • Assigning PIN Codes to Trusted Users
  • Designating Trusted User access to MyLife, MyLegacy, and/or MyTransition
  • Identifying Trusted User‑Beneficiaries
  • Maintaining accurate, lawful content
  • Ensuring timely subscription payment
  • Keeping login credentials secure


Account Owners may not:

  • Create an account on behalf of another person
  • Use false identities or multiple names
  • Maintain more than one active subscription at a time


Trusted User access can be removed immediately by deleting the assigned PIN Code.

5. Trusted Users

Trusted Users are individuals designated by the Account Owner. Their responsibilities include:

  • Accessing documents respectfully and only for intended purposes
  • Maintaining security of their login credentials and PIN
  • Avoiding any illegal or fraudulent use of information

  

Trusted Users:

  • May be assigned to multiple MyLLT accounts
  • Do not have access to the Account Management page
  • May be designated as beneficiaries with rights to assume account ownership upon the Account Owner’s death

6. Beneficiary Designation

A Trusted User‑Beneficiary may assume full access and billing responsibility upon the Account Owner’s death. If multiple beneficiaries are named, MyLLT will follow:


  • Closest bloodline relative first, unless a legal spouse is listed
  • Reasonable verification using Account Management information only


If no beneficiary is designated, MyLLT will seek direction from the Executor of the Estate.

State or federal law supersedes these procedures where applicable.

7. Privacy Statement

Your vault is a private, isolated environment designed for security and confidentiality.

MyLLT staff will neveraccess or view vault contents. Any suspected violation must be reported immediately.

Account Owners control:

  • What information is stored
  • Who receives Trusted User access
  • What categories Trusted Users may view

8. Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Use & Protection

Your Data. Your Vault. No AI Access.

MyLLT enforces a strict No AI Access policy:

  • No AI may access, analyze, scan, or process vault content
  • No data is used to train AI or machine learning models   
  • No data is shared with AI providers or external platforms


AI may be used only for limited, non‑identifiable purposes such as:


  • Security monitoring
  • Fraud detection
  • System performance improvements
  • Gap analysis when the subscriber provides information directly

9. Financial Assistance & Subscription Continuity

MyLLT offers two financial assistance programs: 


  • Temporary assistance (up to 12 months) for existing subscribers to prevent loss of subscription due to financial hardship. Applicant must show that their current financial constraint is of a temporary nature and that they are seeking other means, such as a friend, family member, or changing an existing paid product or service to a MyLLT Trusted Partner who embeds the subscription in their product or service.  
  • Senior access for individuals age 65+ on a fixed income and/or experiencing financial hardship. The need for financial assistance will be reviewed at least annually to determine if continued funding will be granted. 


A questionnaire may be required to explore options, including a special discount, or changing an existing paid product or service to a MyLLT Trusted Partner who embeds the subscription in their product or service.  


Approval is discretionary and subject to available funding through donations. 

10. No Refunds Policy

MyLLT maintains a strict No‑Refunds policy.

10.1 Monthly Subscription Fees

All subscription payments are non‑refundable, including:


  • Current billing cycle charges
  • Charges prior to cancellation
  • Charges due to failure to cancel before renewal


No refunds or credits are issued for partial months or unused time.


10.2 App Store Purchases

Purchases made through third‑party app stores are non‑refundable and governed by the store’s policies.

11. Billing Policy

11.1 Payment Methods

Account Owners may store up to two payment methods. The primary method is charged first; if it fails, the secondary method is charged.

11.2 Payment Failure Notifications

If both methods fail, MyLLT will send:

  • An in‑vault notification
  • An email to the Account Owner
  • A text message (if SMS‑enabled)

Trusted Users do not receive billing notifications.


11.3 Non‑Payment

  • After 30 days: account is suspended
  • After 61 days: account is terminated     and all data is permanently deleted

Deleted data cannot be recovered.


11.4 Cancellation

Subscribers may cancel anytime via Account Management or by contacting MyLLT. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle.

12. Legal & Compliance Commitments

  MyLLT aligns its data practices with applicable privacy laws, including:

  • California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA)
  • General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), where applicable

13. Legal Terms & Disclosures

13.1 Customer Data Ownership

All vault data remains the property of the Account Owner.


13.2 Limited License to Process Data

You grant MyLLT a limited license to process your data solely to deliver and secure the service.


13.3 Prohibition on Automated Data Use

Customer data may not be used for AI training, profiling, or unauthorized analytics.


13.4 Third‑Party Restrictions

Subprocessors are prohibited from accessing vault data for AI or machine learning purposes.


13.5 Data Security Disclaimer

While MyLLT uses industry‑standard safeguards, no system is 100% secure.


13.6 Limitation of Liability

MyLLT is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential damages
  • Loss of data beyond reasonable control
  • Unauthorized access caused by user negligence


13.7 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify MyLLT against claims arising from misuse of the service or violation of laws.


13.8 Policy Updates

MyLLT may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated appropriately.


13.9 Governing Law

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of California.

14. Disclaimer

MyLLT is not a law firm and does not provide legal or estate planning advice. No attorney‑client relationship is created through use of the Services.

These Terms of Service along with all other user polices constitute the entire agreement between you and MyLLT, LLC regarding your use of MyLLTsubscription and related services. 

We're satisfied when you can say "MyLife, MyLegacy, and MyTransition plans are in good order!"
