- Company wishes to add a MyLLTsubscription as an employee benefit. Employees subscribe through an appstore using a discount code.
Submit completed application packet with annual membership fee
- Use the Request Application form above to request a Member Company packet.
- Submit completed packet with annual membership fee.
$240 featured on Member Company page or $120 no feature.
- Allow 14 business days for processing.
- Check your email for status updates, requests for more info, and final decision. The annual membership fee will be refunded immediately if declined.

- At your request we'll provide you a sample communication packet. Company is responsible for all functions and cost related to embedding the product and all communication to your eligible population.
