  • MyLLTsubscription users want to preserve their most valued experiences to have a presence with future generations, the same way they want to pass home ownership from generation to generation. 
  • When entire families use MyLLTsubscription and continue the subscriptions of their deceased, they create a record of their bloodline that no one can later change. They'll see how many of their fore parents lived in the same homes and passed them down. We suggest Realtors include 2-5 paid subscriptions per family at closing.

  • Firm has a solid reputation with a large US market and agrees with the MyLLTsubscription Terms of Service.
  • Firm wishes to provide a MyLLTsubscription at NO DIRECT COST to its clients or will make it available at a discounted rate. 

Submission Process

Submit completed application packet with annual membership fee


  • Use the Request Application form above to request the Trusted Partner packet.
  • Submit the completed packet with the annual membership fee.
  • Allow 15 business days for processing. 
  • Check your email for status updates, requests for more info, and final decision. Annual membership fee will be refunded immediately if declined.

  • Upon approval we'll develop an implementation timeline. 
  • At your request we'll provide you a sample communication packet. 
  • You will be responsible for all functions and cost related to embedding the product and all communication to your eligible clients. 
  • Subscribers will obtain a subscription through an appstore using a discount code designated for your firm.

Considerations:


Real estate is not regulated by anti‑rebating laws like insurance.

Real estate agents can give gifts to their clients.


A real estate brokerage can legally:

  • Give a MyLLTsubscription to homebuyers
  • Include it as part of a closing gift
  • Offer it as a perk for signing a listing agreement


As long as:

  • It is not tied to a mortgage lender’s inducement
  • It does not violate RESPA (kickbacks between real estate + lenders)
