MyLLT fosters an environment of trust and security. The MyLLTsubscription digital vault is built on these same values and our objective is to ensure that the subscribers experience aligns with the company values. From your purchase of the subscription, to your use of the platform, including extended services we want continually earn your trust. Advertising, marketing materials, subscriber communications, and our customer service representatives are also intended to visibly embody our values.
This policy explains what data we collect, how we protect it, what we will never do with it, and what we expect from users in return.
1. Our Core Privacy Commitments
The information in your digital vault exists for you and the people you intentionally trust.
MyLLT is committed to the following principles:
· We do not sell user data — ever.
· We do not monetize personal data.
· We collect only what is necessary to operate the service.
· Users control their information.
· Users control access designated to Trusted Users. It can be given and removed instantly within the platform.
· Security and privacy are core design requirements, not add‑ons.
2. Information We Collect for your Subscription Services
General Account Information
· Identifiers necessary to establish and secure subscriptions for the Account Owners and view only access their Trusted Users.
· Limited demographic information for our internal use in understanding our customer base so that we may continuously align the product.
· Language and account preferences.
User‑Generated Content
This private content is stored for your use and is not analyzed, mined, or shared for advertising or profiling purposes. We do not feed your vault data back to our Member Companies regardless of their inclusion of the MyLLTsubscription in their product or service.
· Information you enter into your MyLLTsubscription.
· Uploaded photos, images, documents and files.
· Trusted‑access relationships you explicitly configure.
Technical & Security Information
This data is used solely to protect accounts and maintain service integrity.
· Device and session information.
· IP address (for security and fraud prevention).
· Login timestamps and access logs.
3. Additional Services and Features
Certain optional services within the MyLLT ecosystem are handled with heightened care and are accessible only to a limited number of authorized MyLLT personnel.
· Distribution of Educational Information and Requests For Gap Analysis
Users may receive educational prompts related to common components of a legacy plan. These prompts are based solely on the topics you have or have not completed within your subscription. MyLLT will never access, review, or analyze your stored documents.
If you choose to request additional information, MyLLT will first obtain your explicit consent before engaging in any correspondence. A consultive discussion will occur directly between you and designated MyLLT personnel, and you must provide any information needed for that conversation. MyLLT personnel are forbidden from extracting any information from your stored documents, even upon your request.
These same rules apply to subscribers who submit a request for Gap Analysis through the platform.
If you request a referral to a MyLLT Trusted Partner, we will provide you their contact information for your independent use. We will never provide your information to our Trusted Partners.
>MyLLT is not responsible nor involved in any communication you choose to initiate with a Trusted Partner.
> While MyLLT maintains a network of Trusted Partners, we do not receive compensation for referrals and do not participate in the quoting or issuance of insurance products.
>MyLLT operates independently within a business model designed to protect its subscribers. MyLLT reserves the right to include its sister companies in referrals, using the same criteria and process applicable to other member companies, with integrity of the operation.
· Subscriber Requests for Referrals
As you build your profile and upload documents into your digital vault, you may identify a need for additional services or products to protect your family’s legacy. MyLLT will never initiate quote requests. However, you may ask us to provide referrals.
This section of the platform includes an interest form which is emailed to inquiries@myllt.com. Before responding we will re-confirm your explicit consent and then provide the referral information you requested. You alone decide whether to contact the Trusted Partner(s). Our objective is to assist you, without violating your privacy, while maintaining integrity and trust. MyLLT maintains strict separation between our subscription services and any insurance-related business activities, even when Member
Companies offer the MyLLT subscription as part of their products or services.
· General Recommendations
We strongly encourage all users storing personal information online or on devices to consider reputable identity protection or cybersecurity insurance products. Additionally, we recommend reviewing the privacy and security practices of any company that handles your data, as modern digital risks continue to evolve.
4. Use of Embedded Tools and Trackers
· MyLLT follows a careful vetting process with regard to the Do-it-Yourself tools made available within the platform.
· These tools are optional and are not part of your MyLLTsubscription service. We encourage users to exercise their own judgement when using them.
· Documents created through these tools are not automatically added to your digital vault; you must upload them manually if you wish to store them.
· Certain subscription-related information – such as billing details – is securely processed by trusted third-party vendors.
5. What We Do NOT Do
Our promise to MyLLTsubscribers is that if MyLLT cannot operate without compromising user trust, we will not pursue that feature or revenue path. Repetition here is intentional. To be explicit:
❌ We do not sell personal data.
❌ We do not rent or trade user data.
❌ We do not use user content to train AI models.
❌ We do not read or analyze personal content for marketing.
❌ We do not allow advertisers access to user data.
6. How We Protect User Data
No system is perfectly immune to risk, but at MyLLT data protection is treated as a core obligation, not an afterthought. We use industry‑standard and security‑first technologies, including but not limited to:
· End-to-end AES-256 encryption
· Multi-factor authentication (MFA)
· Zero-knowledge architecture
· Regular security audits and compliance
· Encrypted connections (HTTPS / TLS)
· Secure authentication and access controls
· Role‑based access limitations
· Read‑only restrictions for trusted users
· Infrastructure designed to minimize internal access to user content
· Contracted services with fully vetted third parties
7. Passwords & User Responsibility
To protect users, MyLLT will never ask for your password. Users must agree to the following responsibilities:
· Keep account credentials private. Never share your password with anyone, including trusted users, family members, or MyLLT personnel. Use trusted‑access features instead of sharing login information.
· Use a strong, unique password and change it the moment you believe it may have been compromised.
If a user shares their password with another person, MyLLT cannot back you with regard to the security or integrity of your subscription account.
8. Trusted User Access & Privacy Boundaries
MyLLT allows users to grant read‑only access to selected individuals, including financial professionals or advisors who may not share our trust philosophy. You provide access to people you trust.
Important protections:
· Trusted users cannot edit content.
· Trusted users cannot download documents.
· Trusted users cannot manage billing, ownership, or account settings, until and unless they become your beneficiary. At that time their status is changed to Trusted User Beneficiary, as that person becomes the guardian of your legacy.
· Access levels are explicitly limited by user‑defined tiers.
· Trusted User access is intentional and immediately reversible by the Account Owner within the platform.
· Account owners have access to monitoring logs. With the “view logs” feature you know when Trusted Users have signed in.
· We frequently audit to ensure these controls are working and we commit to make improvements as necessary and as new technologies become available, as necessary.
9. Data Sharing & Third Parties
Repetition here is intentional. We share data only when necessary to operate MyLLT, such as:
· Payment processing (e.g., subscription billing providers).
· Infrastructure and hosting providers.
· Security and monitoring services.
All third parties are required to:
· Use data only to provide their service.
· Protect data appropriately.
· Not sell or repurpose user data.
10. Account Status, Inactivity, and Deletion
· If an account is deleted (voluntarily or after prolonged non‑payment), associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
· Once deleted, data cannot be recovered. We do not retain data “just in case”.
· Users are encouraged to maintain current billing and account access to avoid unintended loss of information.
11. Legal Disclosure
· We may disclose information only if legally required (e.g., court order or lawful request).
· We will not voluntarily provide user data without a valid legal obligation.
· Where permitted, we will attempt to notify users before disclosure.
12. Children’s Privacy
· MyLLT is not intended for use by children under 18.
· We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors.
13. Policy Changes
If we update this policy:
· We will do so transparently.
· We will notify users of material changes.
· We will not retroactively weaken privacy protections.
· Users always have access to the most current dated policy within the platform.

This Privacy_User Protection Policy (Privacy Policy) is part of the Terms of Service, which together, along with all other policies constitute the entire agreement between you and MyLLT, LLC regarding your use of MyLLTsubcription and all related services.
We're satisfied when you can say "MyLife, MyLegacy, and MyTransition plans are in good order!"
