How to obtain an Access Code

Only individuals with a valid access code may begin a MyLLTsubscription. 

MyLLTsubscriptions are made available through Trusted Partnerships with companies that embed the MyLLTsubscription as part of their product or service offerings. 

Trusted Partners may provide MyLLTsubscriptions to their customers at no cost, share the cost, or provide access but pass on the full cost based on their negotiated rate with MyLLT, LLC.

MyLLTsubscriptions are made available as an employee benefit through employer groups, we refer to as Member Companies. 

Employers may cover the full cost, share the cost with employees, or require employees to pay the full subscription cost. In some cases a discounted rate will apply. 

Prospective Trusted Partners or Member Companies with core business operations in the U.S. may submit an application to become a MyLLT Trusted Partner or Member Company. 

• Ask your employer to partner with MyLLT. 
• You may also submit a request to your insurance company, insurance agent, funeral home, real estate agent, attorney office, or medical group. 

Approval is based on MyLLT's internal guidelines.

Upon approval, distribution methods for Access Codes are determined. For example, a company may issue a single access code for all employees or provide unique codes to individual policyholders.

To activate a MyLLTsubscription, users must download the app from the Apple or Google app stores or access the web application at MyLLTsubscription.com. While the app is publicly available, an Access Code is required during sign-up to use the service.

• After successful completion of the authentication steps, users see pricing information tied to their Access Code. 
• If the Trusted Partner or Member Company fully sponsors the subscription, the cost will display as $0.00, allowing immediate access without monthly charges. 
• If the user is responsible for any portion of the fee, that cost will be shown accordingly.

If a user terminates their relationship with a Trusted Partner or Member Company, the partner is responsible for notifying MyLLT to discontinue billing. Billing will cease at the start of the following month.

Other ways to obtain an Access Code include:

1. Transition to Individual Account  (loss of offering): if a Trusted Partner or Member Company stops offering MyLLTsubscriptions, users receive at least 90 days' notice to transfer to an individual account. 
2. Transition to Individual Account (loss of eligibility): Users no longer eligible through their employer or Trusted Partner may transfer their account or purchase a new subscription directly from  MyLLT.
3. Trusted User Beneficiaries: may transfer to individual account status, becoming responsible for subscription cost.
4. Trusted Users: Account Owners generate Access Codes for their Trusted Users regardless of the originating Trusted Partner or Member Company. This is view only access to the Account Owners subscription. As a result, the Trusted User may contact MyLLT to obtain an access code to begin their own subscription. 
5. Sponsored Subscriptions (financial hardship): Assistance programs funded by donations for users unable to afford subscriptions (up to 1 year).
6. Sponsored Subscriptions (Seniors 65+): Individuals aged 65+ who do not own a product or service which offers a no cost subscription may apply for sponsored subscriptions without a fixed term.
