At MyLLT, LLC, we prioritize the security and confidentiality of your digital vault and account information. We employ multiple layers of protection to ensure your documents and personal data remain safe and accessible only to you and your designated Trusted Users.
Account Setup and Authentication
- During account registration, you provide an email address and select a unique username for login.
- Passwords must be at least 6 characters long and include uppercase letters, lowercase letters, numbers, and symbols. You may also choose a system-generated strong password.
- To protect against automated attacks, a human verification step requires solving a simple math problem.
- Multi-factor authentication is enforced through a One-Time Password (OTP) sent to your registered email, which must be verified before accessing your dashboard.
- Trusted Users must enter an assigned PIN each time they log in, in addition to their username and password, and complete the same verification steps as Account Owners during account creation.
- We do not ask for social security number as part of the account registration process.
Account Management
Technical & Security Information
This data is used solely to protect accounts and maintain service integrity.
· Device and session information.
· IP address (for security and fraud prevention).
· Login timestamps and access logs.
· Account Owner has visibility of each time a Trusted User logs in.
Data Encryption and Zero-Knowledge Architecture
- All documents and data stored in your vault are encrypted end-to-end using AES-256 encryption, ensuring that only you and your Trusted Users can access the content.
- Our zero-knowledge architecture means MyLLT staff and third parties have no access to your encryption keys or vault contents.
- Bank-grade encryption standards are applied to protect data both at rest and in transit.
Account Recovery and Security Questions
- You select three security questions during account setup to assist with account recovery for username or password retrieval.
- These questions add an additional layer of security to verify your identity.
Regular Security Audits and Compliance
- MyLLT conducts regular security audits and vulnerability assessments to maintain the highest security standards.
- We comply with industry regulations and best practices to protect your data and privacy.
User Controls and Responsibilities
- You control what information is stored in your vault and who has Trusted User access.
- Trusted Users have limited access based on permissions you assign and are required to maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials and PIN.
AI Policy
- We enforce a strict No AI Access policy, ensuring that no AI systems access, analyze, or process your vault data.
Hosting and Infrastructure
- Our platform is hosted with Cloudflare, leveraging their secure, scalable infrastructure with DDoS protection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), and global threat intelligence.
- We continuously vet and monitor our hosting partners to ensure they meet our stringent security and compliance requirements.
Incident Response and Monitoring
- Continuous monitoring and anomaly detection systems are in place to identify and respond to potential security incidents promptly.

Your vault is a private, isolated environment designed for security and confidentiality.
MyLLT staff will never access or view vault contents. Any suspected violation must be reported immediately.

Artificial Intelligence (AI) Data Use & Protection
Your Data. Your Vault. No AI Access.
MyLLT enforces a strict No AI Access policy:
- No AI may access, analyze, scan, or process vault content
- No data is used to train AI or machine learning models
- No data is shared with AI providers or external platforms
AI may be used only for limited, non‑identifiable purposes such as:
- Security monitoring
- Fraud detection
- System performance improvements
- Gap analysis when the subscriber provides information directly
