Criteria & Application Process

Apply if you meet the below criteria


  • Firm is a US based company and agrees with the MyLLTsubscription Terms of Service.
  • Will offer MyLLTsubscription at a discounted rate of $4.99 per month to all customers (must purchase a product). All customers use the same discount code. 

Submission Process

Submit completed application packet with annual membership fee


  • Use the Request Application form above to request the Trusted Partner packet.
  • Submit the completed packet with estimated annual membership fee.
  • Allow 14 business days for processing. 
  • Check your email for status updates, requests for more info, and final decision. Annual membership fee will be refunded immediately if declined. 

 

Plan for next steps after approval


  • Upon approval we'll set the implementation timeline. 
  • At your request we'll provide a sample communication packet. 
  • Subscribers will obtain the app through an app store using a discount code.  

We're satisfied when you can say "MyLife, MyLegacy, and MyTransition plans are in good order!"
